Still curious?

Answers to the key questions before your first Mira desktop.

When will Mira launch?

The announced launch is 1 December 2026 at 6 pm German time (CET). Mira is still in development. Sign up above and confirm your address so we can email you when it becomes available. Signing up is not a purchase and does not reserve paid access.

Which computers is Mira for?

Mira is planned for Windows 11. Windows 10, macOS and Linux are not supported. Final hardware requirements and the download will be added at release. Multiple monitors are planned.

How much does Mira cost?

The basics will remain free. Premium is planned at €5 per year or €19.99 once. It adds designs, wallpapers upscaled to 8K, Pro Editor features and extra companions. The final scope will be confirmed before release.

Which features are already finished?

The images and features come from our existing Mira prototype. The three new modes, enhanced wallpaper effects and online community are being developed for Mira. The interactive website preview demonstrates the concept; it is not a running Windows app.

What happens when I play games?

The planned Gaming mode pauses animations during fullscreen games. Power saving and CPU and RAM displays are also included. Actual usage depends on your PC, selected mode and effects.

Can I go back to my normal desktop?

Mira is intended to be easy to disable at any time. A one-click reset is also planned for the new modes. You can back up and export your personal designs.

Can I publish my own designs?

Yes, that is what the Creator Hub is for: wallpapers, widgets, companions and, in future, taskbar and Start menu designs. You retain the rights to your own content. Accounts, uploads and moderation are planned for the community at launch.

Will I receive advertising after signing up?

You sign up only for a notification when Mira becomes available. No general newsletter, advertising partners or email open tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link.
