How can we help?

When will Mira launch?

Launch is planned for 1 December 2026 at 6 pm CET. Join the launch notification list on the Mira website.

Which devices is Mira for?

Mira is being developed for Windows 11. This website shows previews; it does not replace an installed app.

Is Mira free?

The basics are intended to stay free. Other offers and Premium features are presented on the Mira website.

How do I report a bug?

Choose Report a bug below. Describe the steps, expected result and what actually happens. Your Windows and Mira versions help us investigate.

Where can I suggest new features?

Submit suggestions and support published ideas on our ideas board. Votes show us what interests you; they do not promise implementation.

How do I get a response to my ticket?

After submitting, you receive a ticket number. Keep it so you can refer to your request later. Your report is stored privately and reviewed by our team.
